We appreciated to be here, its stuff and location. Plenty of supplies in the room: a safe box, a mini fridge bar and a writing desk.

Room was very specious and location was absolutely perfect. The room was well priced. It was a very lovely stay, people were approachable. Had cold juices and beers in the night bar.

Facilities were excellent, yet Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

All in all brilliant value for money compared to other properties, and clean. Healthy food, perfect view, exceptional service. The room was unique and immaculate and the beds were lovely. Strategic location, within walking distance of a Renaissance palace. I loved a perfect restaurant with a homemade menu.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

I liked this extremely accommodating hotel and its very pretty location. The room was vibrant and marvelous with an attractive view. The staff did all they can for an exceptional stay. Food was amazing and restaurant was absolutely popular.

The best stay and good price value no question. Gorgeous breakfast, loved it with variety of food. Service was fantastic in the opera hotel. Furthermore, private parking was outside.

Chilled-out base for city break in Florence. Terrace was included. The restaurant was located within 100 feet.
